- Advising the Romanian subsidiary of a leading international tyres manufacturer on the acquisition of a 200,000 sqm plot of land for expanding its production capacity in Romania.
- Advising a French investor on the acquisition of 1,300 hectares of agricultural land for the production of cereals and of the related storage and processing facilities in Romania.
- Advising a specialised forestry investment fund on the acquisition of several forestry plots, with a surface area of over 5,000 hectares, following complex legal due diligence reviews covering restitution issues, including forestry management plans, contracts with forestry units, environmental issues and post-acquisition regulatory matters.
- Advising a leading hypermarket operator on the contractual documentation required for the lease of new hypermarket premises and for the construction of a new retail park outside Bucharest.
